Turkey Lettuce Wrap Burrito

Say hello to a fresh, low-carb twist on a classic wrap! This Turkey Lettuce Wrap Burrito is packed with lean turkey, creamy havarti cheese, crispy bacon, and zesty spicy pepper spread, all wrapped up in crunchy iceberg lettuce. Perfect for a light lunch or a satisfying snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (core and peel leaves)
  • 3 oz turkey breast
  • 1 slice havarti cheese
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 avocado, smashed and seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp spicy pepper spread (Wickles Pickles recommended)
  • A few slices of white onion
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices Roma tomato

Method:

  1. Prepare Lettuce: Lay out parchment paper and arrange lettuce leaves in a large overlapping circle.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Place turkey and cheese in the center of the lettuce. Spread mayonnaise and avocado on top.
  3. Add Toppings: Layer onions, bacon, pepper spread, and tomatoes over the mayo and avocado.
  4. Roll Up: Start rolling from the long end of the toppings using the parchment paper to help. Fold in the sides and continue rolling into a burrito shape.
  5. Wrap & Cut: Wrap in parchment paper, slice in half, and enjoy!
