Ingredients:

  • 125g spaghetti or linguine
  • 150g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150g large frozen prawns, thawed and drained
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for squeezing (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil a large pot of water, cook pasta for 8 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Drain.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Return pasta and broccoli to the pan. Add tomatoes, prawns, olive oil, chili flakes, and seasoning. Cook for 2–3 minutes, tossing until evenly coated and heated through.
