Method:
- Cook the Base:
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion with a pinch of salt, and cook gently for 5–7 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Mushrooms & Spices:

- Cook Rice:
- Cook rice according to packet instructions.

- Stir soured cream into the mushrooms, add juice from two lemon wedges, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and remaining lemon wedges on the side.
