Fluffy, golden pancakes

  • Ingredients:
  1. 250 ml milk
  2. 1 egg
  3. 190 g sifted flour
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1.5 tsp baking powder
  6. 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  7. 1 packet vanilla sugar
  8. 4 tbsp sugar
  • Instructions:
  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine milk, egg, sunflower oil, and sugar. Stir well until combined.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine Mixtures: Gradually pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Cook Pancakes: Heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Cook over low heat until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
