Classic Vinaigrette & Creamy Yogurt Dressing
This cucumber salad is light, crisp, and packed with flavor. It’s a great addition to any meal or perfect on its own for a quick and healthy snack!
- Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Dressing 1: Classic Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dressing 2: Creamy Yogurt Dressing
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Prepare Vegetables: In a bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion.
