This ramen recipe takes the classic instant ramen to a new level with the addition of savory bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. A flavorful broth and simple toppings create a satisfying and quick meal that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

  • Ingredients:

* 1 package instant ramen noodles
* 2 cups (480 ml) water
* 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
* 1 fried egg (your preferred style)
* 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
* 1 tablespoon thinly sliced scallions
* Kosher salt (to taste)
* Black pepper (to taste)

  • Instructions:

1. Bring the Broth to a Boil: In a small pot, heat 2 cups of water over high heat until boiling.
2. Flavor the Broth: Add the ramen seasoning packet and the butter to the boiling water. Stir well to dissolve the seasoning packet and melt the butter.
3. Cook the Noodles: Once the broth is flavorful, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 2 minutes.
4. Assemble the Ramen: Transfer the cooked ramen and broth to a serving bowl.
5. Top it Off: Top the ramen with your perfectly cooked fried egg, chopped bacon, and sliced scallions. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
