  • Ingredients for 4 Servings:

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 mL)
– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 green onions, sliced, divided
– 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
– 1 cup snap peas (100 g)
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 9 oz dried rice noodles (250 g), cooked
– Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Preparation:

1. Heat the Oil:
– In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

2. Sauté Aromatics:
– Add the minced garlic and 3 sliced green onions to the skillet.
– Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and tender.
