- 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 8–10 cherry tomatoes, halved

- 6 tbsp plain yoghurt

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:

- Add Chickpeas & Harissa:
- Stir in chickpeas, harissa paste, and tomatoes. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tomatoes are softened but still holding shape. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Finish & Serve:
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Spoon yoghurt onto plates or bowls, top with the chickpea mixture, and sprinkle with herbs.
