– 3-4 pounds pork loin roast

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pork:
– Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
– Season the pork loin roast with dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
– Sear the pork loin in the hot skillet, turning it on all sides until browned. This step enhances the flavor and texture of the pork.

2. Transfer to Crock Pot:
– Place the seared pork loin in the crock pot.

3. Make the Sauce:
– In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

4. Cook the Pork:
