Family Frittata

Elevate your brunch or dinner with this customizable family frittata! Easy to make and packed with flavor, this dish is perfect for accommodating everyone’s tastes. Just pick your favorite fillings and make each section uniquely delicious!
  • Ingredients:
  1. 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  2. 3 turkey sausages, skinned and chopped
  3. 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  4. 1 large red pepper, thickly sliced (optional)
  5. 1 x 300g tin new potatoes, drained and sliced
  6. 6 free-range eggs, beaten
  7. 60g frozen peas (optional)
  8. 100g cheddar, grated (optional)
  9. 1 tomato, sliced (optional)
  10. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Method:
  1. Prepare the Pan: Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan. Cook sausages with paprika, then add peppers if using. Set aside.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Heat remaining oil, fry potatoes briefly.
  3. Combine: Pour beaten eggs over potatoes. Cook until edges set, then add tomato, peas, cheddar, and sausage mixture.
  4. Bake: Bake at 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas 7 for 6–8 minutes until golden and puffed.
Customize each section of your frittata with different toppings for everyone’s favorite flavors! Serve with salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
